Make It Until You Fake It!

Thoughts were crowding in my head today about uncertainty in life.
You save money to buy your dream house, suddenly the economy goes down and you loose what you never have a weekend for! You struggle to give your kids better life, they just go away at 16 if they did not stay and be abusive! You take best care of your health a tumor appears from nowhere! You have a divorce then you find you lost the best man/woman you've ever met!

Surrounding stories are much more to tell. They/we work hard on an aspect then the result is more than shocking! Like "make it until you fake it" = /

Anxiety rates came up last few years because of this "uncertainty". When people work hard for something they like to be sure about results. But in fact we can guarantee that there are NO guarantees to get results planned for!

At the end of the coffee break I thought: this uncertainty is a must have, no one can get rid of it. No one can draw the future just the way he/she likes. So maybe it should be enough just to do your best in every aspect, holding this uncertainty inside you. Surely, it may affect our level of achievement, but less than later disappointment may do!

So while having your coffee tell me, how do you think of dealing with uncertainty?

this is rule in life, but sadly I didn't apply it

I have a feeling in order for us to proceed in life we have to stop thinking about the consequences of our actions and give more effort to the surroundings. Here i mean worldly consequences, not generally speaking but to an extent that helps us view this world in a more simple way. Life can be really complicated but once driven by a more clear vision to the aims and goals of a individual it becomes more simplified. Stop thinking and start working that's what i always say thank you "Safia" nice subject and beautiful thoughts.

what about hard work?
and even those positive thinkers who work hard; do they get what they plan for all the time?

so you share me my view: do your best and don't be attached to results.
somehow it sounds like tawakkul in Islamic perspective. maybe that's why anxiety issues are less serious in our communities. belief releases a lot!
