mistakes

to be more accurate the mistake might be with the grammer or the spelling

you gave the right correction , now i am gonna give the explaination of this correction

we know the conditional if sentence has three states:-

if + infinitve , will + infinitive

if + past tense , would + infitive

if + had + p.p , would+ have+ p.p

these are the situations of conditionl if , but there is a diffrence in use between them

state no. 1 is used when i talk about the real possibility of the action , but state no. 2 is used when i talk about
imagination of any future action

so we know the died is real action , there is no imagination in it and the died can occur in any time, it means possible , but if we use state no. 2 (( if + past , would + infinitive)) thats means the died is impossible occuring and that wrong



so the correction as the last member said

here in the correction of this sentence we must use simple present, because we talk about somehing true in general i.e we use it to say something about facts . ans we say boils (( verb with s because the subject is single (( water)) and water it refers to it))
