I come from a school of thought that believes students' mistakes are best corrected when they correct it themselves. This is accomplished in many ways indirectly. So, yes, I hope I help you learn English correctly, but I will only point to mistakes when necessary.



If I may start this discussion, can anyone tell me what do you do in Ramadan? I noticed that different Arab countries have different rituals.

We all strive to make this month a different one in all ways among the other months.
Quran recitation is the most thing done in ramadan. Personally I try to read the whole book more than once throughout the thirty days of the month.
In addition to that, breaking the fast of others and preparing iftar for them is also highly considered in this month.

There are many things we do that greatly specializes this month.
I would love to see other people's views in this discussion.

First read more the Quran , visit my family , the Mousq in the ramdan is ful , disbursal the breakfast ( smbosa , yogurt ,water , dates ) , after pray alsha we pray troweh

Hello all one,

what do you do in Ramadan?

Ramdan is Quraan month because that we try reading the Quraan more than any other month
I help my mum in the kichen .
the fast 2 part , befor the prayer coffee, sweet and dates, after the prayer pottage and pastry .
I pray esha and traweh also I like waching prayer traweh in Makkah by TV

The previous replies talked in details about Ramadan So I’m gonna ask you about something else...

These months I’m trying to develop my language through reading and participating in several English websites. It was a great idea because I gained a lot of vocabulary. But the problem is, I feel that my grammar is weak. Although my studying in medicine is in English and I took an English grammar course..
the other issue is that I can't trust my self when I’m talking with somebody in English and I feel that I’m gonna make a mistakes. But when I’m talking alone and nobody is with me. It is going great..!!
So what should I do..?

Ramdan is the big chance to return to his god , to know about our god (his names,his properties)

in ramadan we try to be good in every thing with our god, with our parents ,with our friends ,ramadan is the chance to live with holy quran, to earn alot of good moral and more things..

what is your beck in Rmadan ?

The Eid al feter-1 shawwal- is coming after Rmdan, in this day a people appear a joy and they thank Allah because Allah help him on fasting a full Ramdan.
In this day we visit our kith and going to garden for doing party =)

also, a fasting six days from shawwal is virtue and fasting this day is remembered by the prothet :
Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who observed the fast of Ramadan and then followed it with six (fasts) of Shawwal. it would be as if he fasted perpetually.

what do you do in Ramadan

first in the afternoon I read Quran then I enter the kitchen to prepare the breakfast for my family ,,and after the breakfast we go to pray surelly men in the mosque and women in their homes,,then I sit with my family ,,and after AL azan we go to the mosque to pray Al esha and Al traweh prayer with the people..these is the most things that I do in Rmadan
